Remnant Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
Mike Jimenez - Senior Pastor
Mike Jimenez is the apostle and founding pastor of Remnant Church, where he serves as the Senior Pastor. Before establishing the church, he gained valuable experience as an assistant campus pastor in one of the East Valley churches. His diverse roles throughout his ministry career—including worship leader, men's group leader, small group leader, pastor, and counselor—have equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of church operations.
Pastor Mike is characterized by his strong preaching, commitment to leadership development, and effective counseling. He is passionate about leading Remnant Church in a way that embraces and encourages strong biblical views, fostering a community that cares for one another and seeks to connect others to the body of Christ. He dedicates significant time to studying the Word of God and refining his worship skills, reflecting his serious approach to both worship and preaching.
In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Mike has served his country as a Flight Medic in the Army and later as a Chaplain. He holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master's in Executive Leadership from Colorado Christian University. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Contemporary Apologetics from Trinity Evangelical Seminary.
Pastor Mike is married to his high school sweetheart, Erica Jimenez, and together they have three children who actively participate in the ministry at Remnant Church, contributing to the vibrant community of believers.
